CLASSIC MINI BUNDTS
This classics menu is a collection of my most popular flavours.
My signature mini bundts are individually sized, although don't be fooled by the word mini - they are about the size of a ring doughnut or a bagel - so a generous single serving.
The English Rose
Moist vanilla cake packed with fresh raspberries, drizzled in lemon syrup, covered in a lightly flavoured rose water glaze, and finished with edible flower petals and dried lemon.
The Fruity Devil
Moist Devil’s Food chocolate cake packed with fresh raspberries, topped & filled with Belgian chocolate ganache, and finished with white chocolate drizzle and dried raspberry pieces.
Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake
Moist Devil’s Food chocolate cake, covered with a vanilla cream cheese glaze, and topped with Oreo biscuit crumb.
Moist vanilla cake flecked with colourful sprinkles, soaked in vanilla milk, and topped with cream cheese icing, funfetti crumb and colourful sprinkles.

The Queen Vic
Moist vanilla cake drizzled with vanilla syrup, filled with house made strawberry compote, topped with whipped vanilla buttercream, finished with a fresh strawberry, freeze dried strawberry pieces and a touch of edible gold leaf.
The Megan Sparkle
Inspired by ‘THAT’ cake…. Moist lemon sponge drizzled with lemon & elderflower syrup, filled with lemon curd, topped with lemon & elderflower buttercream and finished with ‘lemon spaghetti’ and edible gold leaf.
Lemon Curd Kiss
Moist vanilla cake, drizzled with lemon syrup, filled with lemon curd, covered with lemon glaze and topped with a soft marshmallow icing.
Totally Tropical Hula
Moist vanilla sponge packed with pineapple chunks, drizzled with pineapple syrup, topped with hibiscus glaze and finished with white chocolate drizzle and dried pineapple.
White Hot Passion
Moist vanilla cake drizzled with vanilla & lemon syrup, filled with passion fruit curd, topped with Belgian white chocolate glaze and finished with Belgian white chocolate curls.
Moist Devil’s Food chocolate cake, filled with salted caramel, topped with Biscoff glaze and finished with Biscoff crumb & Belgian milk chocolate drizzle.

A simple, moist red velvet cake, soaked with vanilla syrup, drizzled with cream cheese glaze, and finished with freeze dried raspberry powder. Seasonal fresh fruit can be added if required.

Moist chocolate cake drizzled with vanilla syrup, topped with Belgian chocolate ganache and Belgian chocolate shavings. Seasonal fresh fruit can be added if required.
The Flower Crown Cake
Any of the big bundts above can be topped with seasonal fresh flowers from Foxglove Studio in Marlow to create a very special Flower Crown showstopper.

DIETARY & ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Many of the recipes on my menu can be adapted and made Vegan or Gluten Free. Get in touch to let me know which flavour(s) you'd like to adapted.
Please note - All cakes are produced in a kitchen which handles gluten, nuts, dairy – every precaution is taken to avoid cross contamination but I do not advise eating my products if you have any severe allergies to these ingredients.
SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
All cakes are best consumed on the day of delivery or collection (this is particularly true of the Lemon Curd Kiss & Totally Tropical Hula) but will still be safe to eat within 3 days. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.
